RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In-Store Purchases

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unstitched, and in original condition and packaging.

  • The following items are final sale:

    • Needlepoint canvases

    • Opened fibers, threads, and yarn

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Custom or special orders

Online Purchases

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Same items are final sale as in store

 


 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We gladly accept returns or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.

  • Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery (or purchase for in-store items).

  • Please provide clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error, along with your order number or receipt.

  • Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.

  • Normal variations in dye lots, hand-painted canvases, or natural fibers are not considered defects.
